ASCO's national public awareness campaign, Optometry Gives Me Life (OGML), won a Silver award given by the American Advertising Federation (AAF) Greater Rochester in February. The AAF Greater Rochester is an affiliate of the American Advertising Federation. The campaign will go on to compete at the district level, which includes all the major markets in the Northeast.

The OCEF Program Planning Group of the Academic Affairs Committee (AAFC), co-chaired by Dr. Amy Roan Moy (NECO) and Dr. Valerie Kattouf (ICO), has been hard at work programming the second installment of the two-part series “Engaging Today’s Student.” This OCEF will focus on ‘the clinic’ setting; the fall 2022 OCEF focused on the classroom and can be viewed here.
