Is your county enrolled in the Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) Surplus Property Program? The DOAS Division oversees the redistribution and disposal of excess state and federal property. By utilizing surplus property, counties can extend their budgets and save taxpayer dollars.
  
The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) is now offering an incentive opportunity that can strengthen project applications and the security of water and wastewater systems. This incentive applies to projects that have technical components with potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities.

The pre-application period for the 2025-2026 Recreational Trails Program (RTP) is now open. This program, funded by the Federal Highway Administration and administered by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, supports recreational trails and trail-related facilities for both nonmotorized and motorized recreational trail uses.
