Developed by Gen. Colin Powell, the Professional Development Academy and NACo, the High Performance Leadership Academy is an online, 12-week program that helps county workforces develop fundamental, practical leadership skills to deliver results for counties and residents. The September Cohort is right around the corner. Join over 10,000 county officials, including several from Georgia counties, who have graduated and benefited from this program.
