Burrows Paper Sells Packaging Operations to Novolex, Paper to Twin Rivers

Novolex will acquire Burrows’ U.S. operations in Franklin and Mt. Vernon, Ohio, Reno, Nev., and Ft. Madison, Iowa, as well as in Kerkrade, the Netherlands, and Heshan, China. Twin Rivers will acquire Burrows’ operations in Little Falls and Lyonsdale, N.Y., and Pickens, Miss.
