VAMA's end of session report includes a synopsis of several pieces of legislation including bills that make changes to the unlawful detainer process, changes to Virginia's Rental Housing Act, protection to properties against liens from municipal water/sewer companies in specific cases and changes to the Zoning Appeals Process.
