Meet Haley Carter, newly-hired Program Coordinator for VAMA | Hampton Roads. Haley will be working closely with our local chapter committees to conceptualize, coordinate and manage events for members - from trainings to the ACE Awards and everything in between. We look forward to introducing her to our members at upcoming events!
The National Apartment Association hosted their annual Excellence Awards on June 7th in Atlanta during the Apartmentalize conference. Two VAMA members won awards: Dana Duckworth earned DEI Champion of the Year, and BG Multifamily was named Supplier Company of the Year. Join us in congratulating Dana and the team at BG Multifamily for bringing home these prestigious honors!

VAMA's Central Virginia chapter is partnering with VCU and Richmond Area Public Schools for the 6th Annual Ultimate Backpack Supply Drive! The program is designed to provide local students with brand new backpacks filled with school supplies, free of charge, to ensure students start their school year on the right foot. VAMA is currently looking for communities to volunteer to host a supply drive.
We want to hear from you! Please take a minute to answer 4 questions about your overall experience with VAMA. Your candid feedback is critical to our focus on continuous improvement. Participants that elect to leave their name on the survey will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card!
