Resolute Forest Products will build a $270 million, state-of-the-art facility to produce 60,000 metric tpy of at-home, premium private label tissue paper, including bath and towel at its Calhoun mill in Tennessee.

Lignin, a natural component of wood, is a co-product of RYAM’s cellulose specialties manufacturing process and is currently used for its energy value by the facility.
