The 86th Legislative Session ended on May 27 and turned out to be one of the most successful sessions for the construction industry in multiple ways. Throughout the session, a total of 7,324 bills were filed by legislators with 1,429 bills passed into law. During the final week of the session, 1,000 of the 1,429 bills were approved. Click below for a brief summary of several of the new laws that will have an impact on TEXO members.
