Happy Black History Month and welcome to February 2022. The month of February is dedicated to honoring African Americans' accomplishments and service to the United States. I'd like to thank all of the leaders who have paved the way for African American professionals in our field, including myself.

ASHHRA and Dallas College are seeking healthcare systems and sites that will use the IRAP model to onboard, train and retain employees.
