Happy Black History Month and welcome to February 2022. The month of February is dedicated to honoring African Americans' accomplishments and service to the United States. I'd like to thank all of the leaders who have paved the way for African American professionals in our field, including myself.

The omicron variant appears to be moving in the right direction, but our radar remains up, owing to uncertainty. We encourage our human resources experts to keep their eyes on the objective and to remember that this, too, shall pass.
