Orlando, Florida – With home improvement retailers from all 50 states, all 10 Canadian provinces and 61 countries in attendance, Orgill’s Spring Dealer Market shattered previous attendance records and cast a spotlight on the range of products, programs and services Orgill offers its retail customers. Held February 25-27, Orgill’s Spring Dealer Market occupied more than 1 million square feet of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando and included vendors from across the spectrum of home improvement and niche categories as well as three complete model stores for visitors to browse. Giving Customers Expanded Access to Full Portfolio of Exterior Building Products
Regina, Saskatchewan facility marks the company’s first branch consolidation in Canada
(March 7, 2016) – Regina-based home construction professionals now have more access than ever to Ply Gem’s comprehensive distribution offering of windows & doors, vinyl siding, aluminum, shake & stone, accents, building envelope, and tools & equipment. Beginning February 29, 2016, Ply Gem, a leading North American manufacturer and distributor of exterior building products, is operating in Regina from a singular sales, showroom and office currently located at 197 Leonard Street, North Regina, SK S4N 5X5, with distribution and pickup at 110 Leonard Street. In May 2016, Ply Gem will move to a brand-new facility at 106 Leonard Street. This new branch will combine all functions and include the same product offering with improved racking and equipment.
The branch location combines Regina-based operations of Ply Gem’s existing window and door distribution facility with the former Mitten Building Products siding, shake, stone, accent, building envelope and tools & equipment distribution facility. The Regina location marks the first Ply Gem and Mitten Building Products branch consolidation in Canada.
"This is a significant first step in an exciting future of investments we are making for our Canadian customers," said John Vukanovich, Vice President, Marketing – Canada, Ply Gem. "Now, customers in the Regina new construction, home repair, retail and remodeling markets will experience a more efficient buying experience that mitigates costs, streamlines the invoicing process and boosts revenue."
Ply Gem is the only company in Canada that can provide home builders and remodelers with coast-to-coast access to a complete portfolio of exterior building products. In addition to Regina, products are available through more than 30 company-owned distribution branches in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador.
