Ontario is targeting hazards involving slips, trips and falls at workplaces in the industrial sector in a six-week safety blitz. From February 2 to March 15, ministry inspectors are checking that employers are properly assessing and addressing hazards that could cause slips, trips or falls. They will visit a variety of workplaces, such as restaurants, stores, vehicle sales and service, and manufacturing plants.
