E-Ticketing – Mandatory for 2026 Asphalt Paving Schedule Contracts

On May 28, VDOT published Special Provision 109-000140-00 Use of Electronically Transmitted Weigh Tickets for Schedule Work. This special provision will be included for all 2026 paving schedule projects. Electronic ticketing will be required for asphalt plant mixtures, but optional for all other materials.
Electronic ticketing with VDOT is facilitated through HaulHub, and information on how to become connected can be obtained from the VDOT District Construction Offices or Jeff Jaeckle.
