VDOT Upgrades Contractor Performance Evaluation Application

VDOT recently upgraded its Contractor Performance Evaluation (CPE) application. As part of the application upgrade, they have made minor modifications to the current I&IM to align with the new processes. Two changes include requiring senior staff approval prior to being sent to the Contractor and an increase in the Contractor appeal window from 5 to 10 days. In general, the review process remains the same and no CPE questions have been changed as part of the application upgrade or I&IM review.
