Presently, Linda is the IIAV Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the Virginia Financial Services Corporation (VFSC) – IIAV’s for-profit subsidiary organization which primarily provides oversight to the nation’s premier agent E&O program in Virginia. She also serves on the national IIABA Professional Liability Insurance Committee which is a key position in the Big I federation.

John Watson, with Hanckel Citizens Insurance Agency and VFSC President, lamented Linda’s announcement and noted, “Linda has helped shape and lead the association and VFSC to what they are today. I wish her nothing but the best of luck and we will miss her.”

“Linda has always been, and is, a leading light for IIAV,” noted Priscilla Hottle, IIAV Chairman of the Board and President of Hottle & Associates in Warrenton, VA. “I have worked with and known Linda for a long time, and she is the calming force, the voice of clarity, the quiet strength and the heart of the organization.  In addition, she has run our for-profit unit successfully and has built an amazing team to continue her success. Of course, she has given plenty of notice to assist in her transition. She has more heart than most. It’s as simple as that. I give kudos to my good friend and business associate Linda Loving. For an amazing career in the insurance industry and with the Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia. Linda, we could never have done it without you.”

“I will have been in the insurance business 50 years come July 2022,” stated Bonnie Warren, VFSC Senior Account Executive. “In those 50 years I have had a lot of bosses. I have never had a boss that is extremely patient, understanding and appreciates her staff more than Linda Loving. If you come into her office, she stops what she is doing and gives her full attention to the subject at hand. Linda can always give you many ways to look at the problem at hand and all with a positive outcome. She always puts our members front and center. She is the most kind, professional person I have ever met. She has so many talents and it will take three people to accomplish what she does each and every day. I don’t think there is any job that she cannot do, she will do the research and then dig In and get the job done. She is my superwoman, and I am pleased to say my friend and she will be sorely missed.”

“It’s a credit to Linda’s professionalism that she has given us the lead time with her announcement,” noted IIAV President & CEO Bob Bradshaw. “She has a key position within the association with a number of responsibilities, paramount of course is knowledge of the E&O industry upon which the livelihood of our members depends. That said, she has been and is a key associate who has dedicated herself to the success of our members and the independent agency system. Thankfully Linda will play an integral role in our efforts to fill her shoes.”
