The Federal Special Open Enrollment Period (FSOE) form small businesses begins November 15th and runs through December 15th for January 1, 2019 effective dates.  During this special enrollment period employers do not have to meet the standard small group underwriting regulations such as employee minimum participation or employer minimum premium contribution requirements.  Please contact me to learn more about FSOE.
