Albemarle: Groundbreaking on New 261-Unit Community
Construction on the new development, near Hollymead Town Center, is expected to wrap up by summer of 2022. 
Goochland: Plans Filed for 335-Unit Community in West Creek
If approved, the apartments, still in the very early planning stages, would complete the allotted acreage for multifamily development in West Creek.
Hampton: New Community More than 50% Leased in 3 Months
Peninsula Town Center's newest community boasts 162 luxury units, 24/7 fitness center, rooftop party deck and more. 
Manchester: Plans Filed for 6-Story Mixed-Use Building
The proposed community would consist of 170 one-bedroom apartments and 60 two-bedrooms, along with commercial space and parking garage. 
Norfolk: Construction Starting on LIHTC Community off Tidewater Drive
The community will include 12 units reserved for residents with developmental disabilities and 17 ADA units for residents with physical disabilities.

The project will include 168 units, an underground parking deck and ground-floor retail space.

New luxury senior community approved last month to go up off Virginia Beach Boulevard.
