Members have previously requested that VRHC host a round table discussion regarding general business practices to share information among friendly competition. This meeting was hosted in Waynesboro on February 10th and was a huge success! We covered a wide array of topics such as the eviction process, administrative forms (applications, rental verification, etc), late fee policies, hoarders, bed bugs, rental insurance and more! We had approximately 25 people in attendance and many brought samples of forms used in their offices to pass around. This meeting was sponsored and moderated by Joanna Munsey with Rentpath.
