VAA Launches Mid-Atlantic Asphalt Expo & Conference

Interested in seeing the latest and greatest in asphalt technology? Do you enjoy sitting on the newest model of paver or milling machine? How about speaking directly to the professionals in e-technology or plant design? Curious to learn the proper ways to compact a mat for long-life and durability? If you answered "yes” to one or more of these questions, then you will want to attend the 2019 Mid-Atlantic Asphalt Expo & Conference (MAAE) in December.

Since 2017, VAA has evolved the Fall Asphalt Conference into a Conference and Expo. Each year, attendees were asked to complete a survey regarding the event. The three biggest desires from attendees are: big equipment, more training, and the latest technologies. MAAE 2019 will bring together all three at the Greater Richmond Convention Center. Equipment companies – plant and field, have started signing up to exhibit their latest products. Suppliers are selecting booth locations, and trainers from Cat, Wirtgen, Roadtec, T2ASCO, and others will be on hand to lead 90-minute informational breakout sessions.

Mark your calendars for December 11-12, 2019, to attend. Contractors – bring your employees to see and talk to dealer representatives. Consultants – hear about the latest in asphalt and pavement technology. Governments – learn about the operations you can use in the field, and technologies to maintain and improve your highway network.
