Later this week, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) will be publishing in the Federal Register a final rule titled, “Fees for the Unified Carrier Registration Plan and Agreement.” This final rule will establish the annual registration fees collected from motor carriers, motor private carriers of property, brokers, freight forwarders and leasing companies for the Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) Plan and Agreement for the 2020 registration period.
