TIA Vice President of Government Affairs Nancy O’Liddy has been appointed Chief of Staff for TIA.

TIA President and CEO Robert Voltmann stated, “At TIA, we host many sessions about better managing your business. One of the axioms has always been that company heads should work on their business, not in their business. As staff, we listen to these same management sessions. To that end, the TIA Board and I created the position of Chief of Staff. This position allows me to focus on the future while the Chief of Staff works with our amazing staff to execute TIA’s Strategic Plan. I am very happy to announce that we’ve promoted Nancy O’Liddy to the position of Chief of Staff. We had more than 200 applicants for the job, but none offered the same skill set, proven leadership and industry knowledge as Nancy.”

O’Liddy joined TIA in 2008, and previously was Director of Public Affairs for the Truckload Carrier Association.
