How has TAHFM/ASHE contributed to your career?
When I was completely new to healthcare in 2016, TAHFM & ASHE were great resources. By attending their conferences, I got some great training and experience all under one roof which was vital to leveling my learning curve.

What is your background in the healthcare facilities field?
I was in United States Marine Corps and law enforcement where I gained management experience, and I was given an opportunity to be facility manager. I joined TAHFM and later ASHE, and both have been pivotal to my current success.

Tell us a Personal Tidbit.
I enjoy golfing, fishing and am the BIGGEST fan of the only NFL team in Texas: "The Dallas COWBOYS!"

What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy the daily challenge and being part of the unsung heroes of the healthcare world. I pride myself and my team on providing the best conditioned hospital for our patients.

What are your plans for future growth?
I plan to study for my CHFM and take the test in 2022.
