TXAPA Partners in Quality Meetings

The Texas Asphalt Pavement Association has always been dedicated to the development and construction of quality paving projects in Texas. The goal of the partners in quality was that by working together, both the owner and contractor could feel as though they were one team working to build a quality project. Over the coming winter months, the partners in quality will be active across the state trying to visit two locations per month.
