This year marked the 13th year of this award program. Since its inception approximately 400 projects have been nominated. There were 34 nominations in seven categories from 17 TxDOT districts representing 33 contractors, producers and suppliers for this prestigious award.
As always the competition was very close making the selection of the ultimate winner extremely difficult. We want to thank the winning TxDOT districts and TxAPA members for their hard work and diligence in striving to be the best. Due to the Partners in Quality attitude of TxAPA members and the TxDOT districts Texas has one of the best asphalt highway systems in the nation.
