SPFA News and Announcements
In the October 16 edition of this newsletter, we included a survey focusing on Marketing.  As stated, we are seeking ways to improve services to SPFA members and the SPF industry and we need your input.

We asked:

Which tools should we provide to help you promote and grow your business? What content is important to you? What format is needed?

You answered!

SPFA Staff and the Marketing/Membership Committees reviewed the survey and our work has begun.

We are listening.

Beginning in November, we’ll be introducing some new ways to communicate with you and get you tools and resources you requested.

Watch your emails and social media for:

Monthly Member Mondays – 2nd Monday of each month
Foam Fact Fridays – weekly
On the 2nd Monday of each month, we’ll send out information about an SPFA Member Benefit.  From the survey results, we’ve learned that some of the work which SPFA does is one of our best kept secrets!  Many of you will be happy to see that things you requested in the survey already exist or are a work in progress.
Foam Fact Fridays will be filled with informative and interesting facts about spray polyurethane foam.  If you have some fun facts which you’d like to contribute, email info@sprayfoam.org with subject line: Foam Fact Friday.
Be sure to keep an eye out for future surveys.  The NEW SPFA is here for you and your input is invaluable.

Many great ideas were submitted in response to the survey.  We know you have a lot to share and sometimes it is good to do it at 2 a.m. when the idea comes to you.  Now you can.
Simply email our virtual suggestion box:  info@sprayfoam.com Subject: Suggestion Box

In the coming weeks, we’ll be developing a little icon for our suggestions box.  If you are artistic and have an idea for this icon or a clever name for our "suggestion box," please send to kmarcavage@sprayfoam.org.

SPFA Job Board
SPFA is doing its part to bring awareness of open positions in the industry to our members, partners, and untapped talent pools. For every one of these positions going unfilled it’s an opportunity missed, an extra staffing challenge drawing attention away from other important priorities, or a customer perhaps needing to wait longer than they should have to.
