A new PFAS reporting regulation will likely require all SPF-related companies to submit sales and/or PFAS content data to the state of Maine beginning January 1, 2023. This regulation includes SPF containing HFC/HFO blowing agents due to its overly broad chemical definition. SPFA highly recommends that SPF contractors, manufacturers and distributors doing business in Maine file for the PFAS reporting extension before November 30 by clicking HERE.
