- Rapid Asphalt Construction: The FHWA Asphalt Mixture Expert Task Group is compiling information on the use and implementation of new methods/procedures to speed the production of asphalt mixtures and the construction of asphalt pavements, as well as to improve in-place pavement quality. The results of this questionnaire will be used to create a database of current practices and needs, along with a white paper. The Louisiana Transportation Research Center is gathering the data on behalf of the Expert Task Group. The approximate time to complete the survey is 15 minutes. To participate, click here.
