2015 Southeastern Asphalt User/Producer Group (SEAUPG) Annual Meeting

SCAPA was also in attendance for the Southeastern Asphalt User/Producer Group (SEAUPG) Annual Meeting in Williamsburg, VA. SEAUPG is an organization of professionals working to promote better-performing asphalt pavements as well as best practices in all aspects of asphalt. The group is represented by 14 states ranging from Texas all the way to West Virginia.
Interesting projects throughout the region were discussed, along with recycled materials, construction, and preservation of asphalt pavements. South Carolina was well represented by staff of SCAPA and the SC Department of Transportation's Office of Materials and Research, as well as a whole host of SCAPA associate members.
