SCAPA TD holds a "Patching Seminar" for the Orangeburg Department of Public Utilities

 

 

On July 1 our Technical Director held a seminar from the City of Orangeburg’s Water Division on “How to Properly Patch Flexible Pavements”. There were about 32 attendees and lunch was provided by the City of Orangeburg’s Water Division. The seminar went over the steps required to properly patch flexible pavements so that the patch will remain intact for the safety of the traveling public, and it sparked a lot of constructive conversation about properly patching pavements.
