Every year, the SCAPA Quality Pavement Awards program recognizes asphalt pavements with exemplary quality. Winning projects are constructed in South Carolina with minimal traffic delays and congestion. Projects are evaluated by lab and field quality data, as well as overall appearance, smoothness of ride, texture, and joint construction. This year SCAPA awarded three Quality Pavement Awards to deserving projects, which were presented during the SCAPA Winter Conference & Trade Show.
