SCAPA Partners in Quality Meetings Scheduled for January and February

Partners in Quality (PIQ) is a partnership program between SCAPA Members and the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) typically held in the winter. SCAPA will co-host the seven Partner in Quality Meetings at the SCDOT district offices throughout the state. The contractor and agency attendees of each meeting learn about specification changes, best practices and district-specific case studies from the year prior.
