PAVE Committee Meeting Led by Rebecca Battle-Bryant Provided Insight and Healthy Competition

SCAPA's Young Professionals Committee, better known as PAVE, met earlier this month, and the members learned a lot about themselves and interacting with others. The meeting included an in-depth workshop review of the DISC Assessment, which each member took before the meeting.
They also had some healthy competition that encouraged members to work together in a fun, competitive atmosphere. Rebecca Battle-Bryant with Battle Plan Consulting provided the DISC Workshop and brought a lot of energy and knowledge to the meeting.
The members also discussed electing officers and the responsibilities of each position. Officers will be elected by their next meeting in July.
