CPHR Saskatchewan will be instituting a Good Character Attestation for new applicants and existing members starting May 1, 2024. This is part of CPHR Saskatchewan’s mandate as the regulator to serve and protect the public; to ensure that its members are competent, are held to professional standards, and are suitable to practice human resources. CPHR Saskatchewan is currently seeking breakout session speaker proposals for the 18th Annual Conference on Oct. 2-3, 2024 in Regina, Sask. We're looking for topic experts to address emerging trends, including: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Employee Recruitment, Retention, and Engagement; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Mental Health in the Workplace, Compensation and Total Rewards, Metrics and Data Analytics, Performance Management, and Leadership. CPHR Designation
The next NKE will take place Nov. 14, 2024. Learn more here. As of Jan.1, 2022, associate members wishing to pursue the CPHR designation and write the NKE must be NKE Ready. Being NKE Ready means associate members have met the coursework requirement and received approval from CPHR Saskatchewan prior to registering for the NKE. For those requesting transcripts, if the name on your transcripts or reports is different than your current name, please update the "maiden name" in your member profile. NKE Prep Courses There is a minimum requirement of 10 CPD hours annually and, during any three-year rolling period, a minimum of 60 CPD hours, including a three-hour ethics course. Ethics Course: There will be a new ethics course rolled out in May 2024. Information will be shared in the months to come. If you have not taken the ethics course or have taken it and need to do so again by Dec. 31, 2024, please wait for the new course. Popular Links
