CPHR Canada is looking for volunteers to participate in various panels (committees) involved in writing and reviewing items (questions), constructing the forms (exams), and scoring for each administration of the NKE. Panel members will work with the CPHR Canada exam coordinator and staff from the exam vendor (Yardstick Assessment Strategies) to assist CPHR Canada with the task of developing and scoring the exam. Deadline to apply is April 22, 2022.

The 2022 Spring NKE will take place May 26, 2022. The registration deadline has now passed. To learn more about cancellations or deferrals, click here. As of Jan. 1, 2022, Associate Members wishing to pursue the CPHR designation and write the NKE, must be NKE Ready. Being NKE Ready means Associate Members have met the coursework requirement, and received approval from CPHR Saskatchewan prior to registering for the NKE. There is a minimum requirement of 10 CPD hours annually, and during any three-year rolling period, a minimum of 60 CPD hours, two categories, and a three-hour ethics course. Annual 2022 CPD (Jan. 1-Dec. 31, 2022) must be entered by Jan. 15, 2023 to avoid a $50 late fee. Know which three-year rolling period you are in. Popular Links
After reviewing all the information, if you have questions, please contact Holly Guran, Professional Standards Manager, at hguran@cphrsk.ca. The Validation of Experience (VOE) Assessment is the final formal step in earning the CPHR designation.
The next VOE intake and application submission deadline is April 30, 2022. It is recommended to submit by April 15 so your application can be reviewed in advance. This gives you time to provide any missing information prior to the deadline.
