The Governance and HR Committee sought expressions of interest from members of the Association who wished to be considered for nomination to the Board. When proposing nominees for election to the Board, the Governance and HR Committee considers the following.... 
CPHR Saskatchewan is seeking Expressions of Interest for the Professional Conduct Committee and the Discipline Committee. Committee members must be Members in Good Standing with CPHR Saskatchewan and the majority must have their CPHR designation. Should you be interested in volunteering for one of these committees, please submit your expression of interest outlining your work experience and reason of interest to Nicole Norton Scott, CEO/Registrar nnortonscott@cphrsk.ca by Friday Sept. 3, 2021. Selection and orientation will occur in Sept. 2021. 
CPHR Saskatchewan is a Contributing Sponsor for the Paul J. Hill JDC West team for 2022. As part of our sponsorship committment, Hill JDC West  requires the assistance of coaches and judges with knowledge and expertise in the field of HR. The Fall 2021 National Knowledge Exam (NKE) is set for Nov. 3 and 4, 2021. Register here. The deadline to register is Sept. 10, 2021.

Please note that the 2021 fall NKE is the last chance for members without HR education to pass the exam before the foundational course requirement. Learn more about this here

The Validation of Experience (VOE) Assessment is the final formal step in earning the CPHR designation.

  • Learn more about VOE requirements and review the VOE Handbook
  • VOE Webinar highlights requirements and how to complete the VOE application 

The next VOE intake, and application submission deadline is Aug. 31, 2021. It is recommended to submit by Aug. 23 so your application can be reviewed in advance. This gives you time to provide any missing information prior to the deadline.
