CPD Requirements & Online Reporting System (ORS)
Please Note: CPHRs, FCPHRs, Retired CPHRs, and Retired FCPHRs will receive an email from Amanpreet Kaur, Member Relations Coordinator (akaur@cphrsk.ca) containing personalized information about their CPD hours. Typically, this email is sent during the first week of December; however, this year it will be distributed in the first week of November.
There is a minimum requirement of 10 CPD hours annually and, during any three-year rolling period, a minimum of 60 CPD hours, including a three-hour ethics course.
Ethics Course: CPHR Canada has partnered with illuxi to offer a three-hour ethics course called Navigating Change: Ethical Responsibilities in the Digital Age. Completing this free ethics course will provide you with the three-hour minimum ethics requirement for your designation. Learn more here.
