CPD Requirements & Online Reporting System (ORS)
2024 CPD Hours Audit
Three per cent of CPD submissions will be randomly audited on an annual basis. Those Professional Members who are randomly selected will be notified by March 1, 2025.
There is a minimum requirement of 10 CPD hours annually and, during any three-year rolling period, a minimum of 60 CPD hours, including a three-hour ethics course.
Ethics Course: We are excited to share that CPHR Canada has partnered with illuxi to offer a new three-hour ethics course called Navigating Change: Ethical Responsibilities in the Digital Age. Completing this free ethics course will provide you with the three-hour minimum ethics requirement for your designation. Learn more here.
