Pathway Update - Educational Requirements for Degrees with a Non-HR Major

In March 2019, new educational pathways were announced along with the requirement that nine foundational HR courses will be required effective July 1, 2021 if a member does not have a degree with a major in human resources. The implementation date for the course requirement has changed to Jan. 1, 2022. This change allows a member without a degree majoring in human resources four opportunities to write the National Knowledge Exam.
