Only 3 spots remain for the Saskatoon Trouble Shooter Clinic (TSC)

Register now. Don’t wait until Oct. 15, 2018!

You may have just returned from a very large shopping spree at the Open House. Many new products were rolled out with more features added to meet ever growing consumer-demand. Systems put in place be it aftermarket or OEM integration, are designed with the consumer in mind to make their RV lives easier. This translates to any of the following scenarios:

You know how to fix it if only you can get to it…

The first task faced by every technician is finding a way to access and get to (if known), where they need to address the issue. Sometimes, finding and getting access likely takes up more time than the actual repair. Wouldn’t it be nice if you know about it in advance?

More features, more problems

System with more capabilities, lesser wire gauge run, controls for several features all controllable through an app. Great. This system is brand new and have been tested at the plant but with no logged user experience. Wouldn’t it be nice if the manufacturer tells you where to start with your diagnostics?

Time is of essence

As new products are introduced, more prototypes are in beta phase being tested. Is it realistic to stay truly ahead? Should your techs at least attempt to keep up and find out what’s coming? Your techs have their strengths and weaknesses and areas they like to work on and grey tanks that nobody likes. There comes time when you need all hands on deck and can’t necessarily wait until the usual tech for this type of issue to be available. Your baby boomer techs will have to work on why the app can’t operate any of the controls and your millennial tech will have to resist the urge to rip everything up and reconstruct to 2018 standards.

Your techs can’t possibly know everything, but they can try! Empower them by giving them more tools!
