The 2022 AQMP is currently being developed with the primary purpose of developing an attainment strategy for the 2015 8-hour ozone standard (70 parts per billion). To solicit input from all stakeholders on control strategies, the South Coast AQMD and the California Air Resources Board (CARB) will host a joint Control Measures Workshop to provide an overview of the control measures and strategies being developed/considered for the 2022 AQMP. These strategies include South Coast AQMD’s proposed control measures as well as State measures being pursued through the 2022 State Strategy for the State Implementation Plan. South Coast AQMD and CARB staff will present specific control measures for mobile and stationary sources followed by discussion and questions from all participants. The Control Measures Workshop will consist of morning and afternoon sessions and is scheduled for:

November 10, 2021

9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
(South Coast AQMD's Stationary Source Measures)

1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
(South Coast AQMD's Mobile Source Measures and CARB's State SIP Strategy Measures)
