The corporate research team at Selling Power has again identified Hilti as one of the best companies to sell for, making this the 12th consecutive year Hilti has been recognized by Selling Power's annual rankings. Hilti finished at 21 in the magazine’s annual comparison and evaluation of the "50 Best Companies to Sell For" in the United States.

Selling Power’s annual rankings identify companies with the most to offer salespeople and gives these companies a competitive advantage when attracting top sales professionals. This year the newly revised and expanded application covered three broader categories: 1) Compensation and Benefits, 2) Hiring, Sales Training, and Sales Enablement, and 3) Customer Retention. Selling Power pointed out the ranking grid for this year — and years moving forward — is on a new base and not directly comparable to prior years.

"With the majority of our team members in the U.S. in customer facing roles, we strive to be an employer of choice for them," says Avi Kahn, Hilti North America President and CEO. "Being recognized by Selling Power as a top company to sell for helps affirm to candidates we are an employer to be considered when making a professional sales career decision."

As the Selling Power editors note, "This ranking should be used to explore each of the companies and their unique strengths as a Selling Power Best Company to Sell for."
