Dig Safe Month is Just Around the Corner
  

 

 

The Ontario Regional Common Ground Alliance and its stakeholders have designated April as the annual Dig Safe Month in Ontario.

 
This month is dedicated to reducing damages to underground facilities by raising awareness through local events across the province. It is also meant to serve as a reminder to homeowners and contractors of the need to contact Ontario One Call before starting any excavation work to prevent injuries, property damage and outages.
 

The ORCGA would like to thank the following locations for flying our Dig Safe flag, proclaiming April as Dig Safe Month with an official Proclamation or holding a Dig Safe event, etc. so far:

  • Toronto
  • Durham Region
  • Barrie
  • Sudbury
  • Burlington
  • Thunder Bay
  • Chatham/Windsor
  • Collingwood
  • Niagara Region
