Submissions are now open! Recommend up to two restaurant members in good standing for our 2019 Board of Directors.
We have openings for four restaurateurs to serve a three-year term on the RFMA Board of Directors. Those recommended will be passed onto our nominating committee for review.

We are looking for members with a strong background in restaurant facilities, who are leaders as well as team-players and strategic thinkers. These candidates should be prepared to commit time and energy to help lead RFMA into the future, but they will get much more in return as they build relationships with other industry leaders.

Restaurant attendees, register before October 1st for a chance to WIN three free nights at the Fairmont Hotel in Austin for RFMA 2019, February 10-12th.

With organizations having to adapt to a constantly changing world, the capacity to have effective conversations is more important than ever. Whether the topic of your conversation is delivering a difficult message, giving tough performance feedback, or confronting insensitive behavior, the reticence most of us feel about having challenging conversations can be overcome. This workshop will cover all of the most challenging, intense, and emotionally charged types of conversations. This additional education workshop opportunity will provide an extra element to your educational experience at RFMA 2019!

When: Sunday, February 10 from 8:30-3:30pm
Cost: $125 (pre-registration is required)
