Submissions are now open! Recommend up to two restaurant members in good standing for our 2019 Board of Directors.
We have openings for four restaurateurs to serve a three-year term on the RFMA Board of Directors. Those recommended will be passed onto our nominating committee for review.

We are looking for members with a strong background in restaurant facilities, who are leaders as well as team-players and strategic thinkers. These candidates should be prepared to commit time and energy to help lead RFMA into the future, but they will get much more in return as they build relationships with other industry leaders.

Modern Restaurant Management

In a booming economy, restaurants face competition from other employers who are willing to bid up wages and benefits. Restaurant owners also face twin legal dangers from heightened public awareness of sexual harassment claims and from an explosion in the number of immigration raids.
