New AFC Advisors: Robert Bill

Robert (Bob) Bill, has been working in emergency management & public safety communications for the state of Ohio for 36 years. Prior to that, he served for six years in the Ohio Air National Guard. He currently serves as the frequency coordinator/voice services engineer for Ohio’s P25 statewide multi agency radio communications system (MARCS), chairman for the Region 33 700 & 800 Regional Planning committees and SOP subcommittee chairman for the statewide interoperability executive committee.
