Sheila Hanna, RPL, Education and Training Administrator 
Sheila manages the APCO Institute’s adjunct instructor and Registered Public-Safety Leader (RPL) programs, administers APCO’s online learning system and provides support – including curriculum development – for all Institute courses.
Sheila previously served as an Institute adjunct instructor, a member of APCO’s executive council and the South Carolina APCO chapter president. She has a college degree in business and has worked as a 9-1-1 telecommunicator, training coordinator, 9-1-1 coordinator and quality assurance coordinator.
In her free time, she enjoys DIY projects and spending as much time as possible with her grandson.
