On the Member E&R team, the members are the center of everything we do. We operate along a simple, consistent cycle, anchored by our three As: Ask, Acknowledge and Appreciate.
We ask our members to take their commitment to the next level and get involved on a committee, often providing insight about those teams that might best suit the individual’s personal interests and available time.
With our STAR and Starlight Awards, we hope to acknowledge our volunteers’ time and effort to keep the chapter moving forward towards our goals.
Finally, we appreciate all members who contribute to the chapter as a whole, and celebrate the hundreds of hours of manpower that go into keeping the momentum going at our annual Evening of the Stars Awards Event.
We are always happy to welcome new volunteers onto our committee, with the only requisite being that you should truly enjoy getting to know your fellow members!
