Luxottica Eye Care Invites Students to Apply for 2022 OneSight Clinic

Luxottica Eye Care in partnership with OneSight invite students to apply for a OneSight charitable eye care clinic in 2022. This is the fifth OneSight clinic for which students have been invited to participate. Clinics were paused in 2020 and 2021 due to COVID restrictions.

Applications are open through December 31, 2021. Selected students will be notified in late January. 

When applying, students should indicate which clinic they are interested in attending. Students may choose both options.

MAY (dates TBD) 2022: Students will travel to Chicago to volunteer alongside WBA star Diamond DeShields at a clinic sponsored by Oakley, in partnership with OneSight. 

JUNE 11-15, 2022: Students will travel to the La Posta Reservation (CA) to help members of the La Posta Band of Diegueño Mission Indians. The reservation is located 56 miles east of San Diego.

Selected students will work under the supervision of Luxottica-affiliated doctors performing comprehensive eye exams as well as supporting a core team of Luxottica volunteers in the frame fitting, manufacturing and dispensing of new eyewear. Luxottica Eye Care covers all expenses associated with the clinic, including air fare, accommodations and meals.
