The National Academies of Practice is Accepting Nominations for Annual Awards
The submission deadline is October 15, 2021

The Nicholas Andrew Cummings Award
Named for the National Academies of Practice's Founder, the organization's highest award is presented annually to a Distinguished Fellow of the National Academies of Practice who has demonstrated outstanding or extraordinary contributions to the National Academies of Practice and interprofessional health care.

Interprofessional Group Recognition Award
Given to groups who have made enduring contributions to interprofessional practice and education.

Creativity in Practice & Education Award
This award recognizes a person and/or team who display creative solutions in interprofessional education and/or interprofessional practice, thereby achieving improvements in health care. 

Patient Advocacy Award
This award recognizes a patient or care partner whose lived experience transformed him, her or them and he, she and how has their lived experience transformed healthcare to enhance the well-being of others.

There is no official nomination form; but please be aware of the specific criteria and information needed for an individual to be nominated for each award. The requirements vary for each individual award. More information can be found on our website.
