New OHA Health Care Interpreter Requirements

Beginning July 1, 2022, health care providers who receive reimbursement from state funds are required to use certified or qualified healthcare interpreters from the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) registry. This registry contains over 900 participants and guarantees that patients receive services from qualified interpreters.
